Payment Policies/ Terms & Conditions

  • i. ALL PAYMENTS must to be completed in full before final product is issued to our customers.
  • ii. Payments can be made electronically via Spirit Vibe Productions, LLC E-Commerce system or by submitting a payment to the PO Box.
  • iii. A sales tax will be included into all services, unless organization or entity is tax-exempt.
  • iv. Once full payment is received the process will officially begin.
  • v. If you decide to cancel after service has been paid for in full only 75% or your payment will be refunded and returned.
  • vi. Edits and Revisions are completed in “1st come 1st serve” fashion.
  • vii. Please contact us during business hours (Central Time Zone) for a timely response.
  • viii. Spirit Vibe Productions, LLC provides a “Music Service” which abides by all USA Cheer regulations on copyright infringement laws and will not be held responsible for unauthorized modifications to service.
  • ix. By signing our customer agreement form you are agreeing to Spirit Vibe Productions, LLC policies/terms and conditions.
  • x. Using any unlicensed service created by Spirit Vibe Productions, LLC or without permission would be invalid at performances and defined illegal.
